POS barcode History Report made more comprehensive with reflection of Omnichannel data
Ginesys now has updated the POS barcode History Report. Omnichannel data now gets reflected in these reports. This helps users in retrieving the actual inventory count. For instance, a customer places an order with the brand online. The nearest brand outlet with available stock for the requested item(s) successfully completes the order. The stock numbers get updated accordingly and is reflected in the POS barcode History Report in real-time.
With this feature, Ginesys users can have a comprehensive view of all items history, regardless of the channel that was used to fulfill the order.
