Introduction of Multiple Organization Units in Ginesys
Ginesys has released a new feature to maintain multiple Organization Units (OU) in Ginesys retail software. Earlier all the operations in the software were confined to a single Organisation Unit but now user can manage multiple OU from single Ginesys ERP installation w.r.t. transaction as well as reporting entries.
For this, an Organization Group has been introduced under which multiple OUs can be defined. This enables users to maintain separate accounting books for different organizations and hence will help Ginesys users to manage profitability, trial balance and other reports separately for each unit.
Note: The user master, item master, customer and vendor master is shared across the units.
