Introduction of end user report designer in Ginesys POS

The key focus of Ginesys as a team is to ensure that customers have a great experience. In the past, the support team has received various requests for customization in Ginesys POS Reports. For that, we have released a new update - Ginesys POS Reports Designer. This update enables Ginesys users to build customized reports from scratch or make required changes in the existing reports, which could include POS Invoice/Bill, Gift Voucher, Delivery Slip, Credit/Debit Notes, and the like.

Prior to this update, Ginesys users had to raise a ticket with the support team in order to get necessary customization done in the reports. These changes often involved a long cycle of back and forth communication and could take over a week’s time to be implemented. Now, the end user can easily and instantly design POS reports according to their requirements that are most suitable for their business.
